Please do not brush your Tongue on the day of your appointment. Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, go to the bathroom and begin to relax.
Your treatment is most beneficial if you are in a calm, non-rushed state of being.

It should not hurt. The focus with acupuncture is to activate the pool of Qi beneath each point. This may cause a number of sensations such as tingling, heaviness, shooting sensation to another part of the body, or perhaps a new sensation you’ve never felt before. If any time you feel like an acupuncture point is burning, painful, uncomfortable, and doesn't subside, kindly let us know, and we’ll adjust the point accordingly.

We treat everyone on a case by case basis. The answer is dependent on many factors including severity of the symptoms, onset, lifestyle etc. During your session we will discuss and create a treatment plan specifically for you. For Fertility treatment, please anticipate consistent treatment for approximately 3 months to begin. Again, each case is different.

You'll want to be able to journal, meditate, or marinate in all the juicy goodness that came up during your session. Do your best to avoid Politics, Arguments, and White Sugar after theses sessions.
