Acupuncture
A staple in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture is an art form. Using very thin and sterile needles to stimulate points on the meridians of the body, practitioners meticulously choose the most beneficial points to stimulate on a case-by-case basis. By inserting a foreign object into the body, we stimulate the nervous system, drawing oxygen and red & white blood cells to the area in order to generate a therapeutic effect.
All of our Acupuncture sessions include a combination of Acupuncture + an additional modality such as cupping or Moxa. All treatments are curated to fit your body's specific needs.

Cupping
We use traditional glass cups with fire. By placing them on the skin we separate the skin from the muscle layer, which creates a vacuum-like effect drawing blood and oxygen to the area to reduce both stagnation and inflammation.
$85: Traditional glass and fire cupping with some acupressure ~ 45 minutes
Couples Cupping
$160: Traditional glass and fire cupping with some acupressure ~ 45 minutes
Gua Sha
Gua Sha translates to “scraping technique”. While that may sound painful and uncomfortable, it’s quite the opposite actually. After placing oil on the skin, we use specific tools to stroke the affected area. This will promote circulation in order to release stiffness, relieve pain, improve range in motion and more.

Telemedicine
Herbal formulas are complex combinations of herbs. After performing an intake to better understand your medical history, lifestyle, and body type, we can prescribe a ready-made formula, or customize a blend just for you.
$99: ~ 30 minutes In-person or Virtual
Moxibustion Aka Moxa
Moxa is a very powerful herb. During your session, we may burn this herb alongside the Acupuncture points. The idea is that the herb will penetrate into the body, warm the channels, move stagnation, and relieve pain. We will never make contact with the skin, just bring it close enough for you to feel its warmth. You will notice a warm and soothing effect.
